When Booking a hair appointment all appointments require a $25 deposit , all deposits are deducted from your total balance. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE . If you cancel your appointment you forfeit your deposit. For all hair + install appointments hair is to be paid for upfront install price can be paid at appointment . Keep in mind instore shipping takes 3-5 business days after purchasing hair please book according to the shipping time to assure hair will be in by the time of your appointment . 

 

Refunds

Our refund policy is All Sales Final NO REFUNDS . Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund after this order is placed. You can request an EXCHANGE ONLY,  To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused , and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase All items must be returned within 7 Business days from the date received  to be eligible for exchange.

 Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection for your return. ALL WIGS ARE CUSTOM MADE! Machine wefted & made with with exact measurements to fit each customers head, Measurement must be sent after the order is placed. Orders begin once all required measurements have been received. processing time begins after measurements are in. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
