  • Shipping Time: We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the U.S. and 7-10 business days for international orders.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s journey.

  • International Shipping: Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning an item to receive return instructions.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom wigs and hairpieces are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. Clearance or sale items are also final sale.

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or length, we offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase, as long as the item is unused and in original condition.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Policy:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds are only issued for the original purchase price—shipping fees are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted due to processing.

  • Custom wig orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Quality Guarantee:

At Luxura Hair, we stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to replace the product or provide an appropriate solution.

Custom Orders:

For custom wig orders, please allow additional time for production. Custom wigs are tailored to your specifications, including hair length, color, and texture. Once a custom order is placed, we will confirm the details with you before production begins.
